The mini premade pouch packing machine is the compact version of our rotary premade pouch packing machine. It uses the same premade, pre-printed pouches and does the same job — pick, open, fill, date code, vacuum and seal — in less than half the footprint. A good fit for small and mid-size lines automating for the first time.
Who it's for
- Tea shops, coffee roasters and nut or dried-fruit brands moving from hand-filling to automation
- Workshops without room for a standard rotary pouch machine
- Many products and pouch styles, packed in printed stand-up pouches ready for the shelf
- Foods that need vacuum packing to stay fresh, such as braised snacks, dried goods and jerky
How it works
- Pick — takes an empty pouch from the magazine.
- Open — suction cups open the pouch (stand-up and zipper pouches).
- Fill — a weigher, feeder or liquid pump doses the product.
- Date code — prints the production date or batch number.
- Vacuum — removes air before sealing, for products that need it.
- Seal — heat-seals the pouch and discharges the finished pack.
It can be paired with different weighers and feeders, configured to your product.

Mini vs standard model
| Mini model | Standard model | |
|---|---|---|
| How it works | Same premade pouch process: pick, open, fill, date code, vacuum, seal | |
| Footprint | Less than half the size of a standard machine | Standard size |
| Best for | Small and mid-size lines, limited floor space, first step into automation | Steady output and long continuous runs |
Premade pouch machine vs VFFS
| Premade pouch machine | VFFS (vertical form-fill-seal) | |
|---|---|---|
| Bags | Premade, pre-printed pouches | Formed from roll film on the machine |
| Pouch styles | Stand-up, zipper and vacuum pouches — retail-ready | Mainly pillow bags and 3-side seal |
| Vacuum | Available | Usually not |
| Changeover | Load a different pouch | Change film and forming tube |
| Best for | Shelf products where looks and freshness matter | High volume, single format, lowest film cost |
Both have their place. If a machine isn't right for you, we won't recommend it — send us your product and we can run a test for you.
