Every machine comes with a 1-year warranty, followed by lifetime repair service.
What products can be packed?
Tea, coffee, rice and grains, snacks, nuts, powders, sauces and liquids, and many non-food items. Ask us about your product.
Are the machines expensive?
We offer machines at different levels and will recommend one that fits your budget and output.
What is a premade pouch packing machine?
It fills and seals pouches that are already made and printed. A rotary machine picks a pouch, opens it, fills it, prints a date code, can vacuum it, and heat-seals it. In Taiwan it is nicknamed the “octopus machine” (八爪機).
How much does it cost?
Price depends on configuration — the weigher or pump, vacuum, and pouch style. Email us your product, pouch and output and we will quote.
How many bags per minute can it pack?
Speed depends on the product, pouch size, fill weight and whether you vacuum. The most accurate answer is a test run with your own product and pouches.
Can I use my own printed pouches?
Yes. The machine is built for premade, pre-printed pouches, including stand-up, zipper and vacuum pouches.
Can it pack powder or liquid?
Yes. Dry goods use a weigher or feeder, liquids and sauces use a dosing pump, and powders use a filler chosen for the powder.
What is the lead time and warranty?
Each machine is configured to order, with a lead time of about 30–45 working days. It comes with a 1-year warranty and lifetime repair service, plus a test run and operator training.
Is there a smaller machine for a small business?
Yes. The mini premade pouch packing machine works the same way and is less than half the size of a standard machine.
